The author who publishes the manuscript in the ABDI MERCUSUAR Journal (JAM) agrees with the following conditions:

1. The author holds the copyright and gives the first publication rights to the ABDI MERCUSUAR journal which is licensed simultaneously under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License which allows others to share works with acknowledgment of authorship and initial publication in the ABDI MERCUSUAR Journal (JAM).
2. Authors may make separate additional contractual arrangements for non-exclusive distribution of published journal versions of the work (for example, posting them to institutional repository or publishing them in a book), with initial acknowledgment. publication in the ABDI MERCUSUAR Journal (JAM).
3. Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (for example, in institutional repositories or on their website) before and during the submission process, as this can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and larger citations of published works.
